I just had an amazing training conversation with Tracey Walker where she reviewed her simple but effective formula for attracting an unlimited number of leads and business partners.

SALES is your main job. Your main product for sale is YOU! Before you can sell your business opportunity or a single product, you must sell yourself. Folks bond with people they enjoy and trust, so sell YOU, Incorporated!

Next, trust is KEY.. You begin to build trust just by saying hello and starting a chat. You can connect with people on the web and begin a dialog. People will trust you when you engage them in a conversation. You cannot develop relationships and trust without simple conversations.

Having someone's trust leads to making the sale. Your success will depend on your ability to generate trust.

You need to know your sales cycle – there is a process with a beginning and an end. Your success will increase dramatically if you have a method to help move your prospect through that sales cycle.

Inside your system you will give your prospective customer information or services that are of value. Your ideal prospect will join you when their needs match your offer but not before. Because you cannot know when this will happen, your goal is to get into their minds, get them on your list and hold them close by so that when they want something you possess, they will think of you.

TIP: To maximize the time you have available, you really need a system to manage this on autopilot.

Finally, you need multiple offers. Avoid jumping right to your primary business opportunity. When you invest time to create a relationship and build trust, people will see the value and buy from you.

How to Create Customers from Strangers in 6 Steps according to Tracey Walker

1. Generate awareness of your offer. The things you've discovered – a new restaurant, a great book book, or a favorite movie... someone made you aware of it first. Think about your strengths and how you can create awareness. Connect with people through videos you post on YouTube. Show others how to resolve ordinary troubles.

2. Provide value and solutions even as you demonstrate your expertise without charge. You will produce prospects by offering free content. Showcase your talents - why should someone follow you? Be a leader and ASK them to sign up on your list.

3. Your first offer needs to have a low cost. Your business needs revene and you must begin by generating small sales. Your prospects will buy because you've developed credibility with the free content you've already delivered. People get that they have to pay for what they want. 4. Now you have to over deliver on the low cost purchase. Let your customers hear from you and become a leader. Keep adding value to YOU so you can provide value to others. 5. Offer the customer a higher priced item – something they know is right for them. You have demonstrated to them that you are the coach they can depend on. Discuss the benefits of joining your team in your primary MLM. Make sure they understand it is right for them. Not all will qualify! You get to choose who you wish to work with so don't waste your time with tire kickers. Some quality people will enroll in your primary MLM. 6. Do not stop! Success requires DAILY action. Commit! Be persistens and consistent. You must be committed to doing this for however long it takes. If you are committed, you will attract others who are committed. Demonstrate the traits of your ideal business partner.
