The interesting thing about Provo is the way that the area is set up and distributed. Because the city is home to a large university and has many thousands of students living in the city limits from the university in the next city, there is a gigantic ratio of this demographic.
Due to the nature of the university in Provo and its housing regulations, most of its student population lives within a couple of miles of the school itself. Additionally, the downtown part of the area that hosts most of the business for the area is also located along the same route.
