Software for HR management is becoming increasingly important with smaller businesses. Larger businesses with hundreds or thousands of employees have always used computer systems to help manage payroll, hiring, and the many other tasks that go into controlling such a large workforce. Today, things are changing because smaller businesses are starting to make use of HR software as well.

If you own or manage a small business, then you may be wondering if you could also benefit from some type of employee management program. Not every small business can justify this expense, but yours may be one that does benefit if you relate to any of the following:

• You spend a considerable amount of time each week processing payroll.
